Terms & Conditions

In all instances throughout this proposal, “Connect” refers to Connect Group Media, Inc., and “Client” refers to Purchaser.

Ownership

Connect retains all ownership rights for designs, in and including all drafts. Upon completion of the services, and full payment of all fees and out-of-pocket expenses, Connect agrees to transfer ownership of final documents to Client. During the development of materials, Connect may provide Client with several design draft options for selection. These drafts remain the property of Connect, and may not be used by Client, or forwarded to other vendors, without written authorization by Connect.

Connect Employees & Contractors

Client agrees that for the period of the contract and for (2) years thereafter, not to solicit or attempt to recruit any of Connect’s employees and/or consultants.

Termination and Delay

This contract shall be deemed non-cancelable.

Promotion

Connect places a high value on the ability to showcase and promote work product. Notwithstanding confidential information, Connect reserves the right to utilize materials that arise from this project in self-promotion and marketing activities, following approval from Client.

Expenses

The Project proposal includes Connect’s creative service fees only, unless otherwise explicitly stated. Any reimbursable items including, but not limited to, photography, video, music, illustration, printing, shipping, and/or hosting fees will be billed separately to Client. Additional expenses will be approved by client in advance.

Payment & Fees

All invoices are payable upon receipt. A 1.5% monthly service charge is payable on all balances over 30 days. Connect reserves the right to withhold delivery and any transfer of ownership of any current work if accounts are not current or overdue invoices are not paid in full.
